All consultation fees are non-refundable.
If you decide to retain OWA for services after your consultation, a separate retainership agreement will be required. The consultation fee may be credited toward your service charges if you retain OWA for the same matter.
Please note that all payments made toward consultations, retainers, and legal or professional services are non-refundable.
OWA accepts payments directly from clients only. All payments must be remitted exclusively through OWA’s authorized payment methods. OWA does not authorize payments to any individual, third party, agent, or personal account. Clients are responsible for ensuring that payments are made only through OWA’s official payment methods.
