Dr. Alaba Oludare is serving as Vice President of Omar Welfare Association. She has extensive experience in the general practice of law including Immigration, Tax and Nonprofit Law.

Dr. Oludare obtained a Bachelor of Law from Lagos State University, LL.M in Tax Law from University of Alabama and a Ph.D. degree in Administration of Justice from Texas Southern University, Houston. She is actively licensed and in good standing with the New York State Bar.
